This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and KAPOLSAMAJ.COM

By registering on kapolsamaj.com, you become a member of this Service (a "Member"), and you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the "Terms") for as long as you continue to be a Member. You will not post on kapolsamaj.com service, or transmit to other kapolsamaj.com members or employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights.

You will not include in your profile any offensive anatomical or sexual references, offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language, URLs, E-mail addresses and you will not post any photos containing nudity, unauthorized personal information, cartoons, or photos which are not of you.

KAPOLSAMAJ.COM reserves the right, but reserves obligations to edit, delete, hide or reject any profile or photo that does not comply with these terms or comply with the kapolsamaj.com profile standards.

3. Copyrighted Material. The site contains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information, including, without limitation, text, software, photos, video, graphics, music and sound, and the contents of the site are copyrighted under the Indian copyright laws. E-MAILS SENT BETWEEN YOU AND OTHER KAPOLSAMAJ.COM MEMBERS THAT ARE NOT READILY ACCESSIBLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC WILL BE TREATED AS PRIVATE BY KAPOLSAMAJ.COM TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

7. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KAPOLSAMAJ.COM its respective directors, officers, employees and agents and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, costs, liabilities, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the kapolsamaj.com services including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.

Accordingly, views expressed in articles, Q&A forms, horoscopes or e-mails by contributors, authors, form moderators, and participants of the "Community" section DO NOT reflect nor represent the views of this web site or it operators. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
